Refund policy
Cancelling Your Order
We are able to offer refund for items ordered for nationwide delivery provided we are notified within 5 working days of you receiving the goods, the goods need to arrive back to us in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. If you would like to make a return of this nature you the customer have to cover the cost of postage. The parcel must have a tracking number and also be insured.
In line with the Distance Selling Regulations and EU Consumer rights directive, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days starting from the day after you receive the goods, except for perishable goods which cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty.

If the goods have been despatched or delivered then you will be responsible for returning the goods back to us at your own expense, we can arrange this for you or you are free to return via another tracked return service. Any returns must be tracked and insured, we cannot accept any responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
You must ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to protect against damage and are still in a sale-able condition. Items must be adequately protected in an external box. Items returned due to a change of mind, that are not as “new" and in a resale-able condition will either be offered a partial refund or a refund refused. These items would only be returned to you at your own cost. The item will need to be inspected before we are able to process your refund. If the item is returned in an unsaleable condition or with damaged packaging we reserve the right to refuse refund.
Please do not refuse the delivery. If you do reject the delivery from the carrier then we would need make a deduction for the cost of this action from any refund.

Damages and issues
If you unfortunately receive your good(s) in a faulty or damaged condition you also have the right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive to return your goods up to 30 days starting from the day after you receive the goods.

If you fail to return the goods we may decide to collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of the collection.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Bird food). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
